Somebody’s little girl never came home. Fell in with the wrong crowd. Daddy’s got money: per diems plus expenses to bring her back, no questions asked. Time to gather a crew and go undercover.

A clue: an invite to a very exclusive masked ball on some rich weirdo’s private island. A hedonist’s playground. Party’s tonight, ferry leaves in 2 hours.

Trophy Dark: Cordially Invited is a pared down incursion where you and your friends will play detectives hired to rescue a young woman from a drug- and sex-fueled gathering of the rich and strange. None of you will make it home unchanged, if you make it home at all.

Note: You will need the rules for Trophy Dark to play this incursion. This was written for the Trophy Trifolds game jam.

From the Trophy Trifolds jam roundups:

A hard-boiled search for the socialite daughter of a wealthy man, who's fallen in with a hedonistic crowd with their own bizarre tastes.

Three things I liked:

  1. "A hawk-faced brute checks tickets with a blacklight. You do not have tickets."
  2. "A binder: bios of all of you, save one. Details none could know but them."
  3. "One of you must enter T H E  E G G."
